  • Pets and Pet Waste:

We appreciate the many responsible pet owners in the community who consistently follow the rules.  However, reports indicate a significant amount of pet waste being left throughout the common area of your community and along adjoining sidewalks, as well as dogs being walked off leash.

This is a direct violation of our community rules.

For the health, safety, and overall appearance of our neighborhood, the following requirements are not optional:

    1. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your fenced yard.

    2. Pet waste must be picked up immediately and properly disposed of.

    3. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not roam into common areas unsupervised.

Beyond being unsightly, pet waste presents legitimate health concerns for children, other residents, and pets.  Additionally, allowing dogs off leash creates unnecessary risk of injury and liability should an altercation occur.

The common areas are a shared amenity. It is not a dog run.  This does not only apply to dogs, but if you have other animals; they are your responsibility and this does not allow them to roam the community freely.

Effective immediately, we will be monitoring the area more closely. Continued violations may result in formal notices and fines in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.

We appreciate the many responsible pet owners in the community who consistently follow the rules. Your cooperation helps maintain a clean, safe, and respectful neighborhood for everyone.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact management directly.

  • Blowing Wind and Trash

    Wind-Related Trash Reminder

Due to recent high winds, trash and trash receptacles have been blowing throughout the community.

Homeowners are responsible for securing all trash in and around their receptacles. The waste collection company is not responsible for retrieving loose or wind-blown items.

To help keep the community clean and in compliance, residents are asked to follow these best practices:

    • Place all trash inside bags; do not leave loose items in or around the receptacle
    • Position the receptacle so the lid opens away from the wind
    • Secure the lid when high winds are expected
    • Place receptacles at the curb the morning of collection, not the night before
    • If trash becomes wind-blown, please promptly pick it up to help maintain the neighborhood for everyone.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community clean and orderly.
